James
The location of Grand Base Nagasaki City was perfect for exploring the city. Convenient public parking right out front made it easy for us to come and go. The in-unit washing facility was a game-changer, and we loved the multifunction bathroom fan/heater/dehumidifier/clothes drying unit. The room itself was compact but well designed, with a small sofa area for meals and snacks. And the TV was large, perfect for winding down after a day of sightseeing. I had a great experience at Grand Base Nagasaki City and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing all good.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The in-room amenities, such as the multifunction bathroom fan and the kitchenette, were both useful and convenient. The location was also a plus, with easy access to public parking and interesting parts of the city within walking distance.
The self-check-in process was cumbersome and confusing, with repeated requests for information and a lack of clear display of room numbers. the advertised parking rates ended up being significantly higher than expected, leading to unexpected expenses.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel! It was easy to get around with transportation nearby and everything was close by. The hotel facilities were top-notch and incredibly clean with lots of amenities. Additionally, the parking was very convenient for anyone who drives.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The hotel is perfectly located close to transportation. It’s easy to walk from the hotel to the station and the tram line. the neighborbood map was also particularly helpful. the room was spacious, modern and clean. I was pleased to find a washing machine in the room, which made my stay more comfortable. Lastly, the bathroom was roomy, and the shower and bath were luxurious.
The parking was quite frustrating with unclear regulations and unexpected fees.
